KY3's Paul Adler talks with personal trainer Pamela Hernandez about exercises you can do in your office. Pamela tells Paul you don't have to get sweaty in an hour-long workout.

One exercise she suggested, a leg extension. You can sit tall with the abs in and extend the left leg until it's level with hip, squeezing the quadriceps. Hold for 2 seconds, lower and repeat for 16 reps. Repeat on the other side. You can see other suggestions on the video or Pamela's blog.
