Verizon is reporting that its wireless issues in Virginia are fixed.
The company says it appears the problems were mostly in the Richmond and Roanoke areas.

Here's why from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management: "Verizon Technical Support Services confirmed a voice and data outage for all wireless services for the entire Commonwealth. Verizon was unable to provide a restoration time."
Very typical of Verizon--highest rates and poorest service in the state of Virginia! Bet you won't see a refund credit on your bill either! Verizon enjoys screwing over their customers!
I have voice and data with US Cellular. Sometimes bigger isn't better.
