Ashkenazi Whitefish Salad

<i>About 3 cups<br> 6 to 8 servings</i><br> <br> 3 pounds smoked whitefish (one medium whole)<br> 1 cup mayonnaise<br> 1 cup chopped celery<br> 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice<br> Ground black pepper to taste<br> <br> In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whitefish salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
