A home near Blairs was raided by Pittsylvania County deputies Thursday night because of suspicions that the house was being used to produce and sell Meth.
When a swat team entered the home on Mount View Road, they smelled a strong ammonia odor.
State haz-mat crews were called in. They decontaminated the officers involved in the raid and made sure it was safe for investigators to enter the home. No one was injured or hospitalized.
Pittsylvania County Sheriff Mike Taylor tells News 7 that deputies found items that could be "precursors to Meth," but that a full Meth lab was not present inside the home.
