RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Richmond police say a transit driver has been charged with reckless driving stemming from a fatal accident.
Police say 46-year-old Teresa L. Jones of Richmond was operating a GRTC bus that struck a pedestrian at a downtown intersection on Wednesday morning.
Fifty-five year-old Loucendia Reed Lambert of Disputanta was pronounced dead at the scene.
