Jay Webb's mom wins 2010 Virginia Teacher of the Year

The 2010 Virginia Teacher of the Year is from Giles County.

Webb will represent the state as she goes up for National Teacher of the Year. 

She also happens to be NEWS7 meteorologist Jay Webb's mom.
