Lynchburg Police are working with the Campbell County Sheriff's Office to make an arrest in a series of break-ins.
Investigators say someone broke into the LaCaretta Mexican Restaurant off Wards Road in the early morning hours of October 22nd. The burglar made it into the business by tampering with glass on the doors. The suspect took off with cash.
Two days earlier on October 20, someone broke into the Smiley and Drowsy Poet at Candler's Station Shopping Center. The burglar forced open the cash register and stole the money inside.
