Investigators say an employee at Tanglewood Auto-Wash drove an SUV out of the car wash, and into a nearby beauty salon.
Brandi Khounlo, the owner Beauty Bar, said that just before 10 a.m. Saturday, she and her employees were working with clients when it happened.
"I didn't know what the heck was happening. I just saw the roof coming in and... I just went running for it," says Khounlo. "We don't have no more nail tables, we don't have no more reception desk, the wall's gone... everything's gone."
There were six employees, six patrons and four children inside at the time. No one was hurt.
"Somebody was truly watching out for us, because there could have been deaths," says Khounlo.
"As far as the cause of the accident, that's still under investigation by the police department," says Gary Houff with the Roanoke County Fire Department.
The managers of the carwash say they're glad everyone is safe.
In less than two hours, the car wash was up and running, but Beauty Bar is going to need more than just some paint.
