The three finalists will be introduced individually at a community forum on Monday, November 23 at Christiansburg Middle School. The forum will begin at 7 p.m.

The Montgomery County School Board Announces Three Finalists for New Superintendent of Schools
The Montgomery County School Board is pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Annie Wimbish of Hattiesburg, Mississippi; Ms. Brenda Blackburn of Rockledge, Florida; and Dr. Scott Kizner of Martinsville, Virginia, as the three finalists for School Superintendent. The finalists will be introduced individually at a community forum on Monday, November 23, at Christiansburg Middle School beginning at 7:00 p.m. Each finalist will present opening comments and will respond to questions submitted by the public during the community forum. The superintendent search firm, Ray & Associates, will facilitate the public forum. Additionally, a comment form for input on the finalists will be distributed at the forum and then be submitted to the School Board for review.
