Terriers hoop standout Sammi Webster signed a letter of intent to continue her career on the court at Concord University in West Virginia.In Vinton Monday, Terriers hoop standout Sammi Webster signed a letter of intent to continue her career on the court at Concord University in West Virginia.
She was an all district performer last season and is one of four starters back for Fran Recchia this year. The Terriers open the season next week.
