Hurricane Bob

A man steps gingerly through about a foot of water that flooded the docks and parking lot at Burr's Yacht Haven in New London, after checking on his boat's moorings, during Hurricane Bob. Hurricane Bob, in August 1991, was the last hurricane to strike Connecticut.
