Farmington -4.30.11-- Jerry Bannock of Southington gives some pointers on fly fishing to Pauline Bishop of Roxbury. Bishop is the Connecticut coordinator for Casting for Recovery. The two are at a fund raiser for Casting for Recovery hosted by the UConn Health Center Auxiliary at Winding Trails. Along with fly-tying and casting demonstrations, the event featured an art auction, a pig roast and plein air artists. Proceeds from the event go toward sending breast cancer survivors to this summer's Casting for Recovery fly-fishing retreat in West Cornwall.
