"Walk to End Alzheimer's" - Oct. 22, 2011
The kick-off for this year's Oct. 22 walk at Port Warwick, took place on June 14 at Peninsula Honda in Hampton. Last year's event, including the raffle of a Honda Fit, raised $130,000 for Alzheimer's research. The disease affects thousands in S.E. Virginia and currently has no cure.
