Flossing your teeth, getting at least six hours of sleep a night and eating a fiber rich breakfast are just a few things you can do to help you live a long life. Your attitude toward life also counts.

We spoke to a woman who just turned 99.  Dealie Lovell looks and feels good.

Lovell says she stays busy and doesn't worry about dying. She has a great attitude and had never gone on a diet!
