ROANOKE, Va. -

Ingredients:

Makes 12-15 servings

1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate                    

3 1/2 cups dry Cheerios

3 1/2 cups dry Rice Chex                                      

2 cups dry Grape nuts

3/4 dried cranberries                                               

1 cup silvered or chopped almonds

1/3 cup brown sugar                                                  

1/2 stick salted butter

2 cups white chocolate chips                                     

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine the cereal and nuts in an extra-large bowl.

Mix sugar, butter, and orange juice in a small microwaveable bowl.

Microwave mixture for 1 minute or until butter is melted.

Pour orange juice mixture over dry cereal mixture and mix well. Spread on a greased large baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.  Let set until completely cool.

Store in airtight containers.

This tastes great used as a breakfast cereal- just add milk!
