ROANOKE, Va.` -

Sauerkraut Salad by Joyce Gordon
 
Salad:
2 1/2 cups of kraut drained
1 onion chopped
1 med green pepper chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp. pimentos (optional)

Toss together in a bowl then add:
 
Marinade:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp mustard seed

Warm together and pour over the mixture above.

Refrigerate over night and enjoy
