Summer slaw on the Weekend Diner
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Sugar to taste, a little less than 1/4 of a cup
1 to 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
4 to 5 Cups Shred or Chopped Green Cabbage
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over the cabbage and toss together. Let the mixture cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and serve
