CROCK POT MACARONI & CHEESE -- from Doris May, WDBJ Receptionist

- 1 7-oz. box macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups shredded cheese
Mix first 4 ingredients with 2 cups shredded cheese. Pour into crock pot. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Close lid. Cook on Low for 3 hours.
NOTE: Do not remove lid during cooking time!
