1 pack of flour tortillas
1 8 oz. pack of cream cheese
1-2 cans of chopped green chile
Red Pepper Flakes or Red Pepper (optional)
Take a tortilla out of the packet. Spread a moderate layer of cream cheese across the entire tortilla. (Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it's easy to spread.) Throw on your green chile after you drain in. The more chile you add obviously the spicier so use your discretion. Salt to taste and add other seasonings. Roll the tortilla up tightly - you can even stick a toothpick down the center to keep it together. Then slice the tortilla sideways to make 5 maybe 6 bite size pieces. Repeat. Enjoy!
