Ooey-Gooey Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars
1 pkg yellow cake mix without pudding in the mix
1 cup uncooked quick oats
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tabs milk
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese softened
1 12-1/4 oz jar caramel ice cream topping
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- Combine cake mix and oats
- cut in peanut butter with pastry blender
- Blend mile and egg in bowl
- Add to peanut butter mixture stirring just till combined
- Reserve 1 A? cup mixture peanut mixture
- Press remaining mixture into greased prepare 9X13
- Beat cream cheese till fluffy and add caramel topping beating until combined
- Spread over peanut butter layer
- Break up reserved peanut butter mixture and sprinkle over cream cheese top with chocolate chips
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
