Naan Pizza

Makes two pizzas.

Ingredients:
 
2 pieces, Naan Flat Bread (You can get this at any grocery store.)
1/2 Cup Alfredo Sauce
1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Roasted Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Wilted or Frozen Spinach, squeeze out the excess water
1/4 Cup (1 small log) Goat Cheese
Optional: Seafood like: Shrimp, Crab, Lobster, Imitation Crab Meat
Directions:
 
Place the Naan bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray.
Blend together the Alfredo sauce and curry powder and spoon a light layer onto the bread. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Cover with a think layer of shredded cheese.
Top off with the vegetables, goat cheese, and other ingredients.
Back in an oven preheated to 425 degrees until the cheese has melted and begins to brown around the edges. Baking should take only a few minutes.
Slice and serve immediately.
