Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

Heat oven to 350o F.
Beat together until creamy:
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened (I use a butter-flavored Crisco® stick instead)
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
Add and beat well:
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add and mix well:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Stir in and mix well:
3 cups oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 to 1 ¼ cups Ocean Spray Craisins®
Drop by rounded Tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until they look firm. (I usually take them out of the oven at 10 minutes and let them sit on the sheet for a couple of minutes before removing them)
If you bake them for 12 minutes, let them cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
Remove to wire rack or other cookie sheet to complete cooling process.
