Ranchy Corn Salad

2- 15 oz cans sweet corn kernels (drained)
1 cup chopped green pepper
¾ cup chopped sweet onion
1- 8 oz package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup Ranch dressing (Optional ; if you delete this add ½ cup more mayo.)
2 cups crushed Ranch Doritos or your favorite corn or tortilla chips
Combine corn, pepper, onion, mayo, dressing, and cheese into large bowl. Mix very well.
Sprinkle Doritos on top of the salad just before serving, no sooner or they will be soggy.
May be served upon completion.
Refrigerate overnight for a more intense flavor.
Makes 10 1/2 cup servings.
