Where: The dog is missing from the 400 block of East Franklin Street in Hagerstown’s East End.
When: The dog was last seen at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26.
Description: The spayed female dog is black, brown and white in color. It was wearing a red collar with a rabies tag and has been tattooed.
