Jay is a very handsome tabby and white 7 month old kitten. He is at the shelter because his previous owner couldn't keep him any longer.
Jay is super energetic and playful. His favorite toy is a feather on a string.
He gets along with other cats and is gentle with children.
After a full day of play, he enjoys snuggling.

On September 13th, the Jefferson Center in Roanoke is hosting the RVSPCA's Spay-ghetti dinner!
Lunch and dinner are available.
Tickets are $7 in advance, $8 at the door. For groups of 25 or more, the cost is just $5 a plate!
Tickets can be purchased at all Valley Bank branches, and also on the RVSPCA's website.
Proceeds go to support the Spay and Neuter Clinic!
