Biography: Hildebrandt was a chiropractic physician in New Jersey from 1987 to 2000.
In 2001 Hildebrandt began work as an independent web journalist.
Hildebrandt bought a home in Southside Virginia in 2004, and moved there from Manhattan in 2006.
In April of 2012 he was asked to run for the 5th District seat for the Independent Greens party.
