EVENT CHANGES

- Glasgow's Riverfest will be closed Friday, June 7. It will run Saturday, June 8 as scheduled, and Sunday June 9 from 4-9 p.m. Next week's schedule is Friday, June 14 and Saturday 15 6:00-11:00 p.m.

- Camp Kum-Ba-Yah's 4th Annual River Race and Fun Float, originally scheduled for Saturday, has been moved to August 24 due to weather and current river conditions.

-Party in Elmwood, scheduled Thursday night in Roanoke, will be moved inside the Roanoke City Market Building.

-Glenvar High School’s graduation will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Salem Civic Center. Glenvar’s graduation was originally scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday at the school’s football stadium.

-The Virginia High School’s Spring Jubilee at Radford has been postponed on Thursday and Friday. Finals will be held Sunday.

-Friday Cheers in downtown Lynchburg has been postponed. The performance by Ken Knox and Company has been moved to July 26. Friday Cheers will return June 14.

- EventZone's Party in the Park in Roanoke will go on as scheduled Thursday night. The event is at Sidewinder's Saloon, 16 W. Campbell Ave., in downtown Roanoke. The Craig Woolard Band is performing.
