LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) -- -

A Campbell County man accused of killing his grandparents is now facing the state's highest charge.

Robert Philbrook was indicted Monday on four counts of capital murder.

He's accused of robbing and killing John and Virginia Philbrook in February. If convicted he could now face the death penalty. John Philbrook was 73, and Virginia Philbrook was 72.

Philbrook's indictment means there are now three active capital murder cases in Campbell County.
