A change of plea hearing is set for a former University of Virginia associate dean facing child pornography charges.

Michael Morris is accused of logging onto a child porn sharing site nearly 200 times between January 2013 and October 2013.

A federal grand jury indicted the 50-year-old Morris in November 2013 on two counts of distributing or receiving child porn and one count of possessing child porn involving a minor under the age of 12. He pleaded not guilty in December 2013.

Online court records show the change of plea hearing is scheduled for Monday morning in U.S. District Court in Charlottesville.

At the time of his arrest, Morris was an associate dean of graduate programs and professor at the university's McIntire School of Commerce.
