Fruit Salad:


1 8 ounce container of Cool Whip

1 15 ounce can of fruit cocktail (drained) or cut your own fresh fruit of choice

1/4 cup of granola (optional)

1/2 cup of pecans (optional)

1 box of Jello, only use half the powder (red or green for holiday color)


Mix Cool Whip, drained fruit cocktail, granola, pecans, and Jello powder.

Refrigerate for a cool taste and serve

Sausage Balls:

1 pound of mild or hot Italian sausage (uncooked)

4 cups of sharp shredded cheddar cheese

3 cups of Bisquick

1/8 tsp. of black pepper

8 ounces of cream cheese 


Preheat oven to 375

Mix sausage, Bisquick, black pepper, shredded cheddar, and cream cheese

Roll into 1 inch rounds

Place balls onto non-stick cookie sheet

Cook for 20 minutes
