Getting into college can be challenging enough.
But figuring out how to pay for it can be even tougher for many families.
Brian Bowen of Integrity Education Consultants in Roanoke says while college continues getting more and more expensive, there are plenty of scholarships and loans available.
Bowen recommends parents start researching financial aid as early as a student's sophomore year of high school.
Integrity Education Consultants is hosting two college funding workshops.
The first one is this Thursday, November 14 at 7:00p.m. at the Glenvar Library.
The next one is next Tuesday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m. at the Vinton War Memorial.
