There are new details about a Covington man accused of filming people in at least two bathrooms without their knowledge.

The only public restroom involved is at the Covington Honda Nissan dealership in Alleghany County, according to the Alleghany County Commonwealth’s Attorney. Mullins is a former employee at the dealership.

Investigators believe 26-year-old Jarett Mullins filmed people without their knowledge at the dealership between September 2012 and January 2013.

A Covington man has been indicted on several charges after investigators say he put cameras in at least two bathrooms.

According to court records, Jarett Edward Mullins faces three felony charges for filming child pornography and 16 misdemeanor charges for filming adults.

Alleghany County Commonwealth's Attorney Ed Stein tells WDBJ7 this case spans a period from September 2012, to early this year.  But, it was just recently discovered.

He also says the cameras were in two separate places. When asked where those cameras were placed, Stein wouldn't comment.

Mullins was arrested Oct. 21 and was freed on a $5,000 secured bond.

The 26-year-old is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 1 for an advisement hearing.
