Trainers at the Salem YMCA say when it comes to fitness for seniors, exercise is vital to living a healthy life and it's also great for mental health.

Tom Campion is 93 years old, served in World War II, and he works out four days a week. "I've been working out since I was a teenager and exercise has kept me alive," explained Tom. Campion says it's also good for him to get out of the house and meet new friends.
