MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. -

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office arrested four people on Wednesday after confiscating two meth labs and a marijuana grow in Eastern Montgomery County.

According to a news release, Justin D. McNew, 21, of Elliston, Anita M. McGuire, 42, of Shawsville, Scott C. Owens, 25, of Shawsville, and Micah C. Hatcher, 18, of Shawsville were arrested on drug manufacturing charges.

McNew faces charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth/manufacture meth over 28 grams.

McGuire is charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth/manufacture meth over 28 grams.

Owens is charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth/manufacture meth over 28 grams.

Hatcher faces charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth/manufacture meth over 28 grams, possession of meth, and possession of meth precursors.

All four are held in the Montgomery County Jail without bond.

Other arrests were made as a result of the operation, including probation violation, marijuana possession, driving suspended, DUI and traffic violations. The investigation is ongoing.
