A Lynchburg man is facing charges after a domestic violence related incident Saturday.

Anthony Bowling, 29, is charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

The incident happened on Riverside Drive in Lynchburg around 8:23 a.m.

Lynchburg police responded to the Lynchburg General Hospital Emergency room where the victim was being treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound as a result of the incident.

Bowling has not been arrested and is wanted for these charges.

The investigation is ongoing.
