LYNCHBURG, Va. -

A Lynchburg man is accused of taking cell phone video underneath a woman’s skirt at a grocery store.

Jason Burger, 32, has been charged with one count of unlawful filming, videotaping of another.

The alleged incident happened on Feb. 4 at the Kroger on Timberlake Road.

Saturday update:

Lynchburg Police say they've identified the man in the surveillance photos.  They're not saying who he is, but say that he has not been charged with anything at this time.  The investigation is ongoing.

Officers are looking for a man who is accused of taking cell phone video under a woman’s skirt at a grocery store in Lynchburg.

It happened around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, February 4 at the Kroger on Timberlake Road.

Kroger staff members told officers that they witnessed the man on surveillance video using his cell phone to take video under a woman’s skirt.

He left the store in what officers think may have been a dark colored Mazda RX8.
