Mailing issue exposes UVA students' personal information
The personal information for thousands of students at the University of Virginia is at risk.
UVa says the school's student health department sent direct mailing to students with their social security numbers printed on the mailing label.
The label doesn't specifically identify the numbers as being a student's social security number.
The school is in the process of notifying those who's information is out in the open.
UVa will offer free credit monitoring help.
