A total of three men are in custody following a deadly shooting in Martinsville over the weekend.
21-year-old Willie Tyree Grant of Martinsville and a 17-year-old have been charged in connection to the shooting early Sunday morning. 20-year-old Devin Laray Pritchett of Axton was previously charged.
Eugene Laquan Jones died in the shooting in the 400 block of Third Street. Jones was 20.
Grant, 21, was also shot during the altercation. He has been charged with shooting into a dwelling, discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle, shooting into an occupied dwelling, and discharging a firearm within city limits.
The teenager has been charged with two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied building, discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle, and discharging a firearm in a public place. The 17-year-old was taken to WW Moore Detention Center.

A man has died after a shooting in Martinsville early Sunday morning.
Eugene Laquan Jones was shot in the 400 block of Third Street. He was 20. Willie Tyree Grant, 21, was also shot. At last check in he was in serious condition.
20-year-old Devin Laray Pritchett of Axton has been charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling, discharging a weapon from an occupied motor vehicle, conspiracy to shoot into an occupied dwelling, and discharging a firearm in a public place.
Pritchett is being held without bond.
On November 17, 2013, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Officers of the Martinsville Police Department responded to a shooting incident at 102 Pony Place in Martinsville.
Officers arriving discovered that the residence had been shot at, but no one was injured.
While the officers were at that residence, they could hear multiple gun shots being fired at another location several streets over. Officers then responded to the 400 Block of Third Street where they found a vehicle had crashed into a utility pole and there were two individuals that had received gunshot wounds. The two individuals are identified as 20-year-old Eugene Laquan Jones and 21-year-old Willie Tyree Grant both of Martinsville. They were transported to Memorial Hospital of Martinsville and Henry County and then transported to Roanoke Carillion Hospital where both are listed in serious condition.
Officers responding to Third Street were confronted with a large number of people at the scene. Officers from Patrick County, Henry County, State Police and the Martinsville City Sheriff’s office responded to help restore order at the scene and the Hospital.
