Sometimes, we can all use a little help when it comes to deciding what to wear.

WDBJ7 New River Valley reporter Orlando Salinas met someone who started a business that helps you figure it all out.

"Hi Savannah!" Stephanie Smith walked into her Blacksburg home and right away her cat was at the door.

The 22-year-old told me that growing up, she and her mom would ask each other what to wear.

"We would literally run into each others closets and say 'Hey do you have shoes to go with this. Do you have a bracelet to go with this.' And then we'd say 'How does this outfit look?"'

That question became a business five months ago called Click here to visit the site:

"You could just go into your closet and you know put that beside something else and users might say 'hey wear the other thing."

I often wear a black t-shirt and casual pants to work. On this day I brought a suit coat and tie.

The whole idea is to snap off two pictures. The first one was me in a simple black T-shirt and blue snow boots. Smith snapped off the first picture and told me, "At least you matched your boots to your shirt."

"That was by accident" I told her.

Then I put on a coat and tie and took the second picture and said proudly, "I'm not even tucking in my shirt. Look, you're lucky I put on this [coat and tie] for this story!"

Next, users upload the pictures to the website and let friends and strangers vote. I asked Smith who can cast an electronic ballot.

"Anybody can vote and we wanted to keep that open so that people could just send their friends the link and say "Hey I've just uploaded two of my pictures, you now go vote."

Outfit Me Tonight is absolutely free.

And in case you're wondering, voters said I should stick with the suit and tie, but I kept the boots.
