ROANOKE, Va. -

Rain may have changed its location, but organizers say it won't keep the Henry Street Festival from taking place this weekend.

For the last several years, Elmwood Park hosted the festival.

But, with this year's rainy summer, construction on the park has fallen behind.

Organizers say don't worry because this year's festival will still go on.

They'll just move to higher ground.

"The festival will take place in the upper location which is in front of the library and Jefferson down to Bullitt to Elm Avenue will be closed," says Roanoke Council Member Anita Price.

The 24th Henry Street Festival is Saturday.

Day events will go from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Then, the evening festivities will start at 6 o'clock.

The event benefits the Harrison Museum.
