Larry Clark, the pastor of Pentacostal Outreach Church in Buena Vista, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon for sex crimes involving a minor.

Miles Kelly, an investigator with The Rockbridge County Sheriff's Office, tells Your Hometown Leader this is the third victim that has come forward.

Clark was arrested twice in November on charges of a sexual nature involving two other young men, also minors.

Clark was denied bond and is being held at the Rockbridge Regional Jail. He's scheduled for a bond hearing Dec. 16, and a preliminary hearing Jan. 27 in Rockbridge Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.

Kelly says the most current charges are 20 counts of carnal knowledge of a male victim less than 15 years of age and eight counts of indecent liberties with a child by a custodian.  All of these pertain to the most recent victim, the alleged abuse, spanning from September 2011 to August 2013.

Clark's past charges have already been certified to the grand jury.
