ROANOKE, Va. -

A Papa John’s pizza delivery driver was robbed Monday night in Northwest Roanoke.

It happened around 7:35 p.m. in the 4100 block of Tennessee Avenue.

The delivery driver was approached from behind by a man who displayed what is believed to be a gun. The resident of the home where the pizza was supposed to be delivered to told officers that no pizza had been ordered from that address.
