Roanoke Police say Kavon Taylor was taken into custody at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
He is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Police say he was arrested without incident.
Two men are in custody and another in the hospital after a shooting Tuesday night in Roanoke. Police are looking for another man who police believe is involved in the shooting.
Police are looking for Kavon Deryan Taylor, 24, of Boones Mill. He is wanted for allegedly shooting into an unoccupied vehicle.
Todd Eldridge Thomas, Jr., 22, of Roanoke County is charged with malicious wounding. Ivory Shane Banks, 22, of Roanoke is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.
It happened in the 1200 block of Orange Avenue in Roanoke.
According to police, individuals were traveling in two different cars on Hollins Road when an occupant in one of the vehicles began shooting at the other.
The cars separated and encountered each other again at the intersection of 11th Street and Orange Avenue where shots were fired.
Several people then got out of the cars and began fighting in the parking lot of the Huff N Puff Smoke Shop. One person was transported to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
At this point, investigators say there is no evidence that anyone was shot.
Roanoke police believe this is an isolated incident and the parties involved knew each other.
Both vehicles and two firearms were recovered.
