ROANOKE, Va. -

Volunteers were busy setting up for the annual Brandon Oaks Bazaar Friday.

All the items were donated.

Tables were filled with jewelry including earrings and necklaces handmade by residents. Christmas decorations, furniture, televisions and baked goods will be for sale.

“It takes months and months and months. We've been working on this since last October. And we go all year long gathering things,” said Bazaar Chairman Dora Robbins.

Money raised from the Bazaar goes to the Brandon Oaks Rehab Center to help buy new equipment and other things that may be needed.

The bazaar is from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Brandon Oaks off Brandon Avenue in the auditorium.
