The Virginia State Police has issued a senior alert on behalf of the Albemarle County Police Department.

Officers are looking for Evelyn Mae Turner.

She is a black female who's 75 years old.  She stands 5' tall, weighs 148 pounds, and has brown eyes and gray hair.

She was last seen on November 1st walking to the West Park Market on Four Seasons Drive in Charlottesville, where she asked an employee for directions.

She was wearing brown shoes and possibly a black hat.

Turner suffers from a cognitive impairment, and her disappearance poses a credible threat to her health and safety, especially with the drop in the temperature outside.

Anyone who may have seen her should call the Ablemarle County Police Department at 434-296-5807.
