BATH CO., Va. -

Some residents in Bath County are under a boil water notice.

Customers of the Bath County Service Authority have been ordered to boil their water after a break in the line was discovered Thanksgiving night.

The head of the service authority tells WDBJ7, it started with one leak.

That leak was repaired, but over the last several days, two-others have been discovered.

He estimates about 700-customers are affected.

Some have low water pressure, while others may have no water or cloudy and dirty water.

Crews continue to work on the issue.

Everyone is expected to have some water by Monday night, but the boil water notice will continue throughout the week.
