The Southern Virginia Child Advocacy Center is looking for volunteers for its CASA program.
The group says the need for court appointed special advocates continues to grow.
Last year it struggled to keep up with the increased case loads. The goal is to make sure every child in the court system is served.
“Volunteers add a wonderful dynamic to a hard situation. I mean, that the children that we're serving are involved in the court system,” said Executive Officer Joyce Moran.
