BOTETOURT CO., Va. -

Three people arrested Friday in Botetourt County are accused of making methamphetamine.

Kimberly Spangler, 41, of Thaxton; Juston Alan, 33, of Troutville, and Michael Johnson, 33, of Troutville, were all arrested at a home off Stoney Battery Road.

The three suspects were charged with three felonies – making methamphetamine, possession of more than 28 grams of methamphetamine, and possession of precursors for methamphetamine.

Botetourt County Sheriff Ronnie Sprinkle says the home was not a working laboratory, but evidence taken from the home indicated that it recently served as a working meth lab.
