HENRY CO., Va. -

A Henry County Sheriff’s deputy was involved in a three-vehicle wreck on Monday night.

State police say the three car crash happened around 7 p.m. Monday on Route 57 near Mount Harmon Church Road in Henry County.

Troopers say a car was stopped and about to make a left turn when the car was rear-ended.

The first car crossed into oncoming traffic and hit Deputy Chris Spencer's cruiser.

All three drivers went to the hospital.

It's not clear how badly they're hurt.

State police say they may charge the driver who rear-ended the first car.
