Two Roanoke teenagers have been arrested in connection to several car break-ins on Wednesday morning.

Benjamin Memeti and Ibrahim Kadrolli, both 18 and of Roanoke, have been charged. Memeti has been charged with unlawfully entering a vehicle and petit larceny. Kadrolli has been charged with unlawfully entering a vehicle.

Officers found Memeti and Kadrolli in the area with stolen property, according to a news release from the Roanoke Police Department.

Evidence shows that the suspects broke into vehicles on the following streets:
1700 block of Clay
1600 block of Clinton
1500 block of Gladstone
1300 block of Stewart
1300 block of Dale
1600 block of Tazewell
200 block of 17th

More charges are pending. The Roanoke Police Department is encouraging anyone in those areas who had items stolen their vehicle Wednesday to call the Roanoke Police Department at 540-853-2400.

Also, most of the cars that were broken into were unlocked. The Roanoke Police Department would like to remind residents to lock their vehicles.
